We've asked our members to share images of their workspaces & writing rooms - the 'points of origin' of the work they put out into the world.  First up is Lesley Crewe - Lesley's books include Hit & Mrs., Her Mother's Daughter, and the upcoming Kin, and have all originated in this room full of memories 'up Cape Breton', where Lesley makes her home.  Thank you for sharing, Lesley!

Salt Lines, edited by Lorri Neilsen Glenn and Carsten Knox with illustrations by Kathy Kaulbach, had its fun and successful launch on Monday, June 25.  Featuring wit, wisdom and musings on the writing life by 55 Atlantic Canadian writers, Salt Lines is currently available in Halifax at Book Mark II on Spring Garden Road, and at the WFNS office on Marginal Road.  Snatch up a copy!
